Cosmina and Lance Schulman moved back to Utica, NY in 2018 to be closer to family and friends. After living in Boston, Chicago, NY and Puerto Rico, they saw Utica's real estate market as a great place to invest. Once they started buying seasonal and rental properties in the area they quickly realized their passion for property management and real estate investments in Central New York.
